This notice describes the FxWand sales website. It does not cover any separately provided trading or CRM software.

Enquiry information

The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, company, business type, product interests and an optional message. These details are used to prepare or respond to your enquiry. Please do not enter passwords, account credentials or sensitive trading data.

When you submit

If direct delivery is available, the form sends the information to the configured enquiry service and displays a confirmation only when that service accepts it. If delivery is unavailable, you can copy or download your enquiry instead. Preparing, copying or downloading an enquiry does not send it to FxWand.

Cookies and preferences

This version of the website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Product preview selections and color choices are temporary and reset when you reload the page. Enquiry drafts are kept in page memory and are not saved in browser storage.

Hosting and operational data

The hosting service may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses, browser details and access times, to deliver and protect the website. If enquiry delivery is enabled, the selected service also processes the submitted enquiry information.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit personal information. If you send an enquiry and later need to correct or remove it, contact the team through the same channel used for your enquiry.

Changes to this notice

This notice should be updated whenever the website’s data handling, contact channels or services change.
